Where we collect and process personal data from learners, we act as an independent data controller. Learner data is shared with training providers only where explicit consent has been obtained.

Research and reporting: Where you participate in any Switchable research or survey, your responses are used solely to produce the relevant report or study. All responses are anonymised and aggregated. Individual responses are never shared with any third party.
