•Market integrity requires buyer and seller confidence in the equity of the transaction. This confidence is tied to the transparency in the quality of products sold within the marketplace. We ensure our management team verifies all our leads. Each appointment will be given a follow up confirmation call 24 hours prior to the appointment, to go over client details and re-clarify their interest.

 

•We recognise that lead quality depends on the end prospect. We make sure that all prospects are fully qualified to strict criteria. We also only adopt an "offer of services" approach to ensure that consumers only book appointments they require. There is no hard sell to prospects, which adheres to treating customers fairly.
